Very nice Location with amazing houses and pools for some villas and an amazing shared pool with infinity pool! So friendly people who takes care of us! We loved this palace!!

Loved it. Big shout out to all the staff. Had an absolutely great experience at Seven Havens. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to Lombok. Great value for money. We loved the rustic design. Our first time visiting Lombok and because of our stay, we will definitely be back. The views from the rooms are incredible, the beds are comfortable and very clean. We stayed in the presidential suite. Daily housekeeping is perfect and done whenever requested. Complimentary water and towels are a great addition. Aircon works well but best to put it on max during the middle of the day as Indonesia gets hot. Pool area and view are god like, it’s hard to capture the beauty, a memory we won’t forget. Very serene and peaceful. Food is 10/10, staff are 10/10, lovely customer service and fair pricing for food and drinks. 10 mins walk to Selong Beach and 20 min drive to Muwan Beach or Kuta Beach. Easy. TV and fridge work as described. Things to consider: - Residence is on top of a hill so older couples may have trouble. Residence describes this and is expected if you want the view which is definitely worth it. Very easy to hire scooter or car lift with WhatsApp to take you up and down if hill is tiring. - Tropical country, so you will see monkeys and insects, but it’s Indonesia, that’s normal Otherwise very happy and thank you for the stay!

- Only negative is the doors don’t seal 100% properly but they do lock and are secure. Makes it a bit noisy at times during the day. However they explain it’s part of their sustainable approach to building materials and design. - If the doors sealed better, it would be a 10/10.

- Die abgeschiedene Lage auf dem Berg - Die Architektur ist nicht energetisch geplant. Das Zimmer z.B. muss ab Mittag zwangsläfig verdunkelt werden, damit sich der Raum durch Sonneneinstrahlung nicht erwärmt. - Der Aufenthaltsraum ist etwas mager ausgestattet und es scheint, nicht viel darum gekümmert zu werden.

Bien situé à 1km de la belle plage de Selong Belanak. Service de taxi scooter gratuit de l’hôtel à la plage jusqu’à 21h. Très belle vue depuis la terrasse/piscine commune. Les chambres sont très grandes, bel espace séparé pour la salle de bain et lit confortable. Le personnel est très gentil.

Très déçue de la chambre « view villa » avec piscine individuelle. A éviter elle n’en vaut pas le prix ! Un store cassé non réparé durant les 4 jours où nous y étions donc on paie pour la vue sur un store … la piscine est tout le temps à l’ombre donc froide. La vue est restreinte, joli de face sur la vallée, sur les côtés : mur et broussailles. Mon fils avait la chambre du bas, nettement mieux (sinon j’aurais mis 5/10 à l’établissement). L’ensemble mérite rénovation (peintures écaillées, terrasse abîmée, châssis défraîchis). Le personnel est gentil mais vraiment pas efficaces : 2h perdues à l’arrivée car ils ne trouvaient pas la réservation, erreurs à chaque commande de repas … les repas sont chers et pas très bons, à éviter. Les restos à la plage sont meilleurs et moins chers. Environnement très bruyant et mauvaise insonorisation (mosquées hurlantes comme partout à Lombok). Bref les prestations ne sont pas au niveau du tarif, décevant !

We stayed in the Cliff Haven Villa with a private pool – hands down the most incredible room in the entire resort! The infinity pool overlooking the lush mountains and endless sea felt like a dream. We had complete privacy, tons of space, elegant decor, and even daily visits from cheeky monkeys on our patio – it was magical. The staff were truly exceptional: always smiling, lightning-fast responses, and incredibly warm and helpful. We loved being able to order delicious food straight to our terrace and enjoy every meal with that insane view. Everything was perfect – this place is luxury, serenity, and natural beauty all in one!

We had a magical time at Seven Havens! Every staff member was very sweet, friendly, and helpful. The view on the bay and our patio was breathtaking. Every breakfast and lunch dish from their restaurant was delicious! Highly recommend the villa if you can, pretty affordable for what you’re getting (private pool and patio + shower and bath).
