Everything - great hotel, lovely little pool area, amazing staff and great location

All great and good value for money. Minor improvements could be made by a comfier sofa in the guest room we booked and the bed in our room. But we had a lovely time and the facilities were great.

The hotel is little older, but the value for money is great and the staff friendly attitude compensates for any little downsides. The restaurant is great, I just recommend to make prior reservation, as they were full every evening, which is just another proof of good quality. The location is perfect for a family with small kids who want to learn to ski, as it is right next to small slopes which also have kids parks with belt lifts and plenty of ski rentals and ski schools. The room was big and have a lot of storage spaces, which is hard to find nowadays. A lot of parking space. We will be back definitely.

Shower water stream is sometimes weak and temperature fluctuates. Wifi signal could be better, the strongest was usually from the restaurant wifi, even in first floor, I would probably invest in stronger routers for rooms. But the internet was still reliable and fast enough. These are just very minor improvement points. For the money the value was still awesome.

sauna was not available while advertised

The breakfast buffet had very poor selection. not even eggs of any kind. we are vegetarian do nothing was to eat for us and we paid 6 euro for each person and got one slice of bread and 2 slices of cheese. We had to go to our room to get a tea bag because they had Lipton tea only. No bakery. Total waste of money.

the room was ok. shower didn’t have any shelves to hold soap or shampoo. Not comfortable.

Great location, you can see forests and the ski slope. The rooms were really nice (we had 3 and all were well equipped), was very pleasant and comfy, you can sit at the terrace. Great value for money, I would definitely recommend.

The restaurant staff doesn’t speak English.
