"All in all a good trip for the price otherwise I wouldn't be able to go to the shore."

How close it was to the beach and the price

Bugs, bathroom was dirty, staff not easy to get in touch with, sheets not clean, soaps in the shower from previous guests

"The place should be condemned and flattened out for a shopping mall."

That i could smoke in the room. Maybe if enough people smoked and forgot their cigarette had fallen and burned the place to the ground it would be an improvement .

The woman (owner) is a money hungry crabby lady. She charged me 10.00 fir the listing price and did so twice. Why did i stay twice? Because booking. Com said they would reimburse me for the 10.00 X 2 nights. That was bull since i never received the reimbursement.

Nothing

Super dirty, dirty towels left in the room, sheets were unchanged on bed and left in a pile. Washcloth left in the bathroom on the sink and had a very funky smell. Idea of a king size bed are two single beds pushed together. Thankfully brought my own sheets and all I used this place for was a quick nights sleep for pretty cheap

Everything, it was the dirtiest place I ever seen. Roaches everywhere, dirty sheets and smells.

"I was just glad to have a room for the weekend that I could afford so I could stay at shore."

It was okay just to stay at the shore for the weekend. If you don't have a car it is only accessible by taxi. $9.00 not bad local stores are near by. The rooms really needed to be modernized. It has seen it's day but the plumbling worked. there was a frig. I slept peacefully no noise, no one bothered me. The old lady did however try to beat me out of $5.00 for a key deposit and tried to recharge me but I didn't let her.

Kind of dirty and there were roaches
