Very Nice staff and good location

Need a deep clean throughout the room.

The place is situated in an excellent location with a lovely view. Additionally, the breakfast offered was fantastic, and the staff was quite friendly.

The rooms were a little dusty, and upon inspection, we noticed that all the furniture had accumulated some dust, suggesting that they hadn't been cleaned for a while. It would have been convenient if they had provided shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in the bathrooms as well.

Perfect stay as i stayed there for two days along with Family. Host was so helpful and guided us with each small to big things. The location is so perfect and the view from the hotels will be always memorable for me. Delicious breakfast and perfect views made our holidays worthy. Thanks to House of Leisure.

The location, large room with large widows, view from the room and breakfast especially the hot omelette.

Fantastic view from the room towards the hills, tea plantation. The room has a nostalgic feeling. The manager of the hotel was nice and helpful. Gregory lake is 10 mins walk from the hotel.

Overpriced. You pay for the view and colonial feeling. The room itself is quite basic and needs some renovation (e.g: one of the small window was missing in the bathroom, which was disturbing during the chilly night). The van provided by the hotel was quite old.

Beautiful view of the mountains from the window. Responsive staff. Excellent location far from the noisy street. The hotel is very cozy.

Very minor inconveniences like no coffee maker, hair dryer, hand towels, kleenex, etc.
