Sukcheewa Residence Phuket

location is excellent, staff very-very friendly, the room has everything for comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely book it next time I come to Phuket

it was pretty clean

The staff on duty was very rude and he lied to our faces with lame excuses and he was smoking weed while he is working, then we asked to call to call the manager, he was more rude than the staff, most of the rooms are very smaller than it appears on the website, king size beds are too small to fit 2 adults, the air conditioner isn’t working properly, so the room is always hot, the closet is very small, and the bathroom is stinky, we couldn’t stay more than 30,minutes in this facility.

Just the location maybe a bit far from central but still OK is reachable with 25 minutes walk. To the beach is OK with 10 minutes walk.

The staff were awesome, very helpful, always smiling. The hotel is reasonably close to the beach. The hotel was very clean The room was very large with sitting space. The fridge and AC were new and worked great.

Management was new and struggled making the wi fi work. The TV never worked despite several requests to fix it. The safe in my room did not work and was never fixed in one month of being there. The room was located next to the road with much noisy traffic. You did get used to it after a bit.

when I checked out

unclean, no staff most of the time, had a bad welcome into to the motel, I was surprised by the rating it had so I booked it. However, never coming back to this place.

The staff was friendly and the facilities were clean.

The staff were very nice and helpful. They changed bed sheets and towels daily. Breakfast very good. A Family Mart, restaurants and food market were close to the property. Walking distance to the beach. Area quiet in the night.
