Front Office Manager Shanawaz Shaikh was exceptional. He went out of his way to make my stay comfortable after all the inconveniences I experienced. He gave me a complimentary fruit basket and often approached me to ensure my comfort and convenience. I recommend other staff to be trained up to Shanawaz's level for effective and efficient customer service delivery, have a sense of urgency.

On arrival at the airport at 8pm Thursday, I waited 45mins before I got picked up. Friday morning I was rudely awakened at 7am by a housekeeping staff who demanded I check out immediately. Upon my enquiries with the front desk, the housekeeping staff obviously got the wrong room. My plans for a sleep in were ruined given it was a long flight the day before. There was also a leak from the room upstairs, directly onto my bed. I was offered another room on Saturday afternoon, but I declined, as I had a 4am Sunday flight. I couldn't be bothered packing and moving rooms. The Front Office Manager Mr. Shanawaz Shaikh, went out of his way to make up for the poor customer service experiences I had.

The hospitality - the staff were all kind, very attentive and friendly. The Manager Shanawaz was always helpful ensuring that my stay was comfortable and checking in whenever we would see him around. I was upgraded to an Executive room which was just right for a one person stay, probably if my other guest arrived it would’ve been a bit squishy but overall it was a nice stay. The room was cleaned efficiently everyday and the housekeeping service was excellent! I got complimentary breakfast every morning and it was a full breakfast (usually 35kina) which included bacon, eggs, hash browns, sausages, toast, baked beans and coffee. The restaurant workers were all lovely and always greeted us. Also tried out Mr Mikes Pizza (had it almost every night until there was an issue with the eftpos) the pizzas were delicious! They also have a salon/barber on site as well as a cafe called Bakeology which is easily now one of my favourite coffee joints! It’s a gated area and has security so I felt very safe during my stay. It is also about 18-20min drive from Jackson International Airport By far a wonderful stay! I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay again next time I am visiting
