Hotel Flamingo Beach by HC

Não tivemos uma boa experiência, fizemos a reserva e o hotel não se preparou para nossa chegada, o check-in deveria ser feito a partir das 14:00 hs, chegamos depois das 15:00 hs e a recepção ficou surpra, não havia quarto para a nossa reserva, pediram desculpas e foram limpar e preparar um quarto, já perdemos algum tempo da nossa diaria, resolvemos colocar as malas de volta no carro e ir para a praia para nao perder todo o dia, chegamos por volta das 18:00 hs e o quarto estava liberado, no entanto com apenas 1 toalha de banho e nenhuma de rosto para uma reserva de 4 pessoas. Tivemos que usar os 4 a mesma toalha e até o dia seguinte não conseguiram entregar mais toalhas. Como nossa diaria acabava as 12:00 do dia seguinte, pedimos para estender um pouco, visto que nao pidemos usufluir dela. O funcionario falou que não podiamos... em fim, fomos embora e tivemos muito prejuizo com a eatadia. Fizemos a reclamação, dalaram que um gerente entraria em contato e já estamos a quase 30 dias esperando esse retorno, sem nenhum sucesso. Pagamos e nao recebemos o produto contratado.

Minha estadia foi maravilhosa! Funcionários extremamente educados e simpáticos. Limpeza excelente. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Com certeza me hospedaria novamente.

A estrutura do hotel é muito boa, todos os funcionários muito educados e atenciosos , para quem quer o silêncio e descansa é uma ótima opção.

I would say that the hotel is average. Good location near to the airport, downtown and beaches. The room is not fancy. However, you have for what you paid. The staff are amazing including the cook from the breakfast area. The breakfast was good lots of variety. Quiet place to relax. Overall we had a good time. L'hôtel c'est bien. Il est bien localise proche de l'aéroport, de la plage, du centre-ville et d'autobus. L'hôtel est propre, tranquille mas il ne pas fancy. Toutefois, le personnel est très bien, courtois, gentil, aimable. Le petit déjeuner est très bien, le cousiner est très sympathique. On a tout aimé. Eu diria que o Hotel é bem localizado, pertinho do aeroporto, centro, onibus e praias. Nao é a oitava maravilha, mas é limpo e tranquilo. Bom lugar pra relaxar. Os funcionários sao uns amores. O café da manha com variedade e o cozinheiro um amor de pessoa. Pelo preço, considero bom. Nós adoramos !!

Completly misleading pictures. A complete ripoff for the price they charge, I have stayed in hostels that were of better quality than this hotel. Everything in the room was broken from the hairdryer, air conditioning, ceiling light and dripping shower. The queen size bed was actually two twins pushed together.. horrible! The staff was of no help they offered to switch rooms and took us to another one of the same horrible quality. The wifi didn't work the two days we were there and the bathroom had mold and a lingering stench. Don't waste your money on this place the only thing I didn't have to complain about was the location.

Stayed here with friends from all over the world. The hotel rooms were clean and close to the beach and market. You can take a taxi into the city for shopping and or more stuff to do. The staff went above and beyond and the hotel had a great chill atmosphere.

This is my second time at Flamingo Hotel.i invite 12 friends from allover the World to my 60 year birthday ,all room are very nice closed to the pool lounge area and the bar,clean and fresh. Breakfast is good also the the resting at the hotel make good food and cheap to! The staff at the hotel its extreme helpful probably the most service minded staff i ever meet. And it means all the stuff,The chef in da kitchen organized my birthday dinner party with good touch for 15 people also the girls in da bar made a very good job. In the reception the stuff helped us with nearly all transport ,how to find nice place etc etc The location of the hotell its very good a short walk to the beach 8 minutes to Praia Mundial. So from my heart this is a very prize value hotel,with a little boutique hotel touch to a low price!

I stayed 5 days at this excellent hotel,very good location safe and very cleaned rooms the stuff was very friendly end helpful cool pooolarea breakfast very good with fruits etc,only 8 minute walk to the nice beach and very closed a good resturang Pizzeria and also a supermarket very close too. I am coming back for sure. Obrigado
