CAROUSEL HOTEL

Receptionist was supportive person. Hot and cold water was available in washrooms. Luggage cabins were ok. Room temperature was ok.

If you asked me i will give a very honest feedback. Before going to Georgia, i was checking feedback for every hotel. Most of the comments were deleted. So now i came to know if you put the realistic feedback they will delete your review. No proper view — large trees completely block the front. From the balcony, only about 15% on the left side shows a bridge and a building. Mattress was dirty at the corner (noticed when the white cover slipped off even i didn’t check full because it was already paid and i was not in the mode of taking risk to discuss with them). Very limited breakfast space on the 1st floor near the reception. Only four small tables by the window; one kept “reserved” by an old manager without using it. I had to share a table with another guest. The next morning, the same manager’s friend was eating directly from the buffet with his hands — very unhygienic and disappointing. TV in the room worked one day, then stopped again. It remained unfixed for the next three days despite complaints. Receptionist was polite and supportive.

Удобная локация отеля. Он небольшой, но все необходимое есть. В номере все принадлежности, чисто. Завтрак континентальный.

Чистый уютный отель в центре города. Хорошие завтраки, услужливый персонал. Рекомендую
