Very nice hotel overall – friendly staff, very clean. The room was quite big, and with a nice balcony overlooking the city. Bed was very comfy, and all the linens and towels new and good quality.

Bathroom appliances unfortunately were on the cheaper side – the tap switch in the shower didn't work well, so the water was running from the tap, when you needed to take a shower, and the LED light in the ceiling was constantly blinking. Breakfast wasn't that good too.

The decoration and the hygiene

Very bad breakfast. Tastes old and no hot dishes. Expensive for the modest services. Slow accommodation and they won’t give you an extra towel if you need one without payment

Biography is about a 10 minute drive outside the old city. I specifically chose it because taxis in Tbilisi are cheap and the rooms here are large enough to include a work desk- since I was going to need to do some work on the trip the desk was important to have. The room was large, the bed was comfortable. One possible issue later in the summer is that the room had 2 glass walls so you really need to pull the curtains unless you want to wake up at 5 am.

The breakfast was below average at best. Stale croissants, cold food, coffee was OK but nothing more. They really should do better. I can't imagine that they can't get fresh croissants in Tbilisi, this isn't the 1990's.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. The restaurant at the hotel is good, specially club sandwich. The lobby is beautiful and clean, for those who loves to spend time at the lobby to drink wine and work.

We arrived to the hotel and the adminstrator said that they are fully booked, and later i checked on booking and i reserved for 4 nights. The water heater for tea didnt work and we ask 4 times until they changed it. breakfast- should be more options. At the window should be protection for the mosquitos.

Nice and clean with all the necessary accommodations provided. Friendly and helpful staff.

Wasn’t too sure how the AC worked to cool down the room but it was solved by opening the balcony door. I’m also confused by the quoted taxi price when I arrived. On my exit, one of the staff when I was leaving said it was massively overpriced and called me a taxi driver for a quarter of the amount I was charged the first time.

The staff were respectful and the atmosphere was cozy. The price is economic too. I'd choose this hotel if I travel to Georgia again.

The quality of breakfast can be improved.
