A great place to stay in Tbilisi as it’s not far from the historic centre (30 min walk) and the hotel is quite new. We stayed in a room with a bathtub (rare thing here) and terrace - I would definitely come back again. The hotel is located on the 10th floor, has private parking, the hosts speak English and Russian and ready to help you with your requests. I will definitely come back to this place.

Good location, very close to the metro and stores. Comfortable beds. Lots of storagespace. Nice bathroom. A large joint kitchen with everything you need with a really nice view. Our room had a BIG balcony with a fantastic view over the city. The big balcony itself is a reason to stay there. The owners live in the 9th floor and are easy to reach by phone or messages.

A bit dusty, but not that bad.

I loved the location and it was close to the metro station. Loved that it had a big terrace.

The spray in the bathroom didn't work properly

Staff was really helpful

AC was not working, they offered a replacement room one day later, but the night we stayed without ac was really hard.
