Our stay at this hotel started very badly and unfortunately the overall experience remained disappointing. Within the first five minutes after arriving, we had to return to reception to explain that we could not sleep in the room we had been given. We were assigned room 14, on the first floor, facing a busy intersection. The windows are single-glazed, so the noise from the traffic was constant and extremely loud — it honestly felt like sleeping on the roundabout itself. When we raised the issue at reception, the young man there told us nothing could be done because the hotel was fully booked, it was not the case. As we clearly could not spend the night in those conditions, we contacted Booking.com. As soon as Booking was involved, a solution was suddenly found — but only for the following night. We also disliked that the receptionist didn’t give us the change after we paid cash, saying: It’s just an euro, do you really want it? We were then moved to room 26. While it had double-glazed windows and was quieter. What was most unpleasant during this process was the attitude at reception: the staff member appeared very passive and seemed to treat the situation rather lightly and then stopped talking to us altogether. Unfortunately, several other issues made the stay even less pleasant. The breakfast was extremely poor: no yogurt, no cheese, and the hot food consisted of plain boiled spaghetti and what seemed to be defrosted chicken nuggets. At one point we even found moldy bread. Cleanliness and basic room preparation were also problematic. In room 14, one of the pillows had yellow stains and smelled very bad; we had to insist before it was replaced. In room 26, there was not even toilet paper when we arrived, and basic items such as trash bags were missing. There was also visible dust under the beds, which could be a real issue for anyone with dust allergies.

La habitacion era grande y con balcón. El desayuno fue muy bueno, y la señora que lo hacía no faktaba un detalle, gran dedicacion. Muy bien ubicado

Так как я чутко сплю , слышала как соседи ходили ) а так все отлично
