Everything. Location, administrator, owners. Warm and comfortable environment. Everything is close, metro bus stop.

Расположение прекрасное, рядом с Собором св. Троицы. Исторический район города - Авлабар. Номера небольшие, требуют ремонта, но главный минус - плохо работающий кондиционер. Администратор не говорит на русском и английском, только итальянский и грузинский. Все доброжелательны, но проблемы по существу не решают. Неработающие кондиционер и ТВ так и не были приведены в порядок. Но нас перевели в другой номер, где всё функционировало, и сразу всё стало хорошо. В шаговой доступности магазины, рынок и вкусное недорогое заведение (Хачапурный дом). Наверное, вернулись бы сюда повторно.

The hotel location next to Avlabari metro station and several grocery store

It's a very small hotel next to Avlabari metro station The hotel has no elevator ,making it inconvenient for guests with heavy luggage (there's a spiral stairs) There are 2 floors,each floor has 4 rooms,the reception desk is located on the first floor, the reseptionist is an old women who doesn’t speak english at all and It's very difficult to communicate with her, she leaves the place in the early evening hours so during the night there's no hotel staff until the next morning around 10am. because of the location of the reception close to the rooms (which is already a tiny place), it can be very noisy. I booked a room for 2 weeks and I paid all the money in advance in cash. In the first 2 nights I stayed in 2 different rooms on the top floor. It was Mid July, and the air conditioner barely worked and it was so hot! even at night. The bed was very uncomfortable , the mattress wasn't in he right size for the bed base.there was also a sofa in the room, completely covered in stains, the TV screen was broken and the TV set doesn't work at all,the bathroom is tiny and the water flow in the shower is very low (sometimes there's no water at all for hours). Also the toilet weren't properly cleaned and it was so unpleasant and so disgusting, also the water barley flushed. After 2 days I moved to a room on the first floor, the room was more comfortable but like the previous rooms the same malfunctions remains. The host, the guy who owns the hotel, seems like a very nice and kind person until the moment you pay him the money and then he begins to behave in a dismissive and disrespectful manner, he doesn't care at all about anything. So after a week of reports about serval faults and malfunctions in the room ( the toilet was barley flushed ,the fridge didn't stop leaking, along with power and water outages almost every day), he got so mad and told me to stop bothering him (!!

Nothing.

Everything, because when we arrived at the hotel, we were redirected to another hotel nearby! We did not like that hotel and this situation very much! Because the hotel was not suitable in any way, dirty towels, no water, toothbrushes, tea and coffee! I don't know what G&G hotel is like, but the fact that they sent us to another hotel which is really not suitable and I don't recommend it to anyone, has really affected the G&G rating! This is unacceptable!
