Super helpuful team, extraordinary location but very quiet street.

The hotel was just amazing. The personal was so warm, friendly and nice. They helped us with everything we needed. The hotel is open 24h so if you need something, you can find them at every hour. Thank you so much for everything. It was just perfect. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were so cosy, comfortable and big. The hotel is kosher so this is a very good point. The breakfast was very tasty, for the shabbat we had a key for the room, and warm water to make coffee. Also, they have a kosher restaurant and you can just order from there directly to the hotel. The location of the hotel is ideal, just in the center of the old city, a few minutes of walk from every site. Something important : The hotel seems small from outside, but it is a very, very good hotel, cosy with an amazing personal, so we highly recommend to stay there !!! To the personal : Thank you for everything ! If in the future, we will come back to tbilissi, it's for sure that we will come back, without any doubt. 😊

Unfortunately not much

Never will I go back to this hotel.i made a mistake and booked 3 rooms as the manager stated.i canceled 2.but they still charged me for two rooms.never have I ben treated by hotel like this.they wouldn't let me return to my room if I didn't pay. The room was not made up at all the following day.one evening there was no hot water!!! I have enjoyed booking .com every trip.but place was horrible. I demand a refund for the second room.
