Very comfortable, quiet and spacious rooms with great views of lake Seneca

The room should have had a coffee maker as it is not convenient to walk down the corridor in night clothes to get beverages from opposite the elevators. This is a serious drawback and not expected from an expensive property.

"Lovely hotel in a perfect location."

The wait and housekeeping staff provided exemplary service.. This is the perfect location for staying in Watkins Glen, it is walkable to everything.

The front desk staff were friendly, but not very well trained for responding to questions.
