The view, location and dining was fantastic

The shower… there was no in between.., it was either hot or cold. Pillows were very firm

Staff was very helpful and place is very clean .Rooms are great.

Not enough parking.

Hermoso hotel, con una bella vista al lago, bien ubicado, todo muy limpio y personal muy amable y atento!

It is a pretty, well-appointed hotel in a scenic and convenient location. The staff was efficient and friendly. Firepits added great outdoor ambiance, although with only three firepits it is not always easy to get a seat at one; still, the patio was a lovely spot to relax. Our lakeside room offered a great view and the hotel restaurant was perfect for a drink and a tasty dinner. This hotel was a great find!

It would be nice if there were microwaves in the rooms. While the morning coffee service in the hallway is nice touch, by the time we got our coffee it was barely lukewarm.

Location is ideal on Seneca Lake; room was spacious; good food choices at restaurant; hot tub
