Clean, comfortable and amazing location. The directions were great, parking nearby was easy to locate and walk to the accommodation. The bathroom was spotless and shower was great - plenty of hot water and good pressure. Tea/coffee in the room was plentiful.

"Durch technischen Fehler leider schlechte Nacht gehabt."

Zimmer groß genug und sauber.

Der digitale Schlüssel öffnete ein falsches Zimmer. Dadurch betraten in der Nacht fremde Gäste unser Zimmer. Durch den Schock folgte eine schlaflose Nacht. Hoffentlich ein Einzelfall.

"Super Logement"

Alors autant le Loch Ness n'est pas le meilleur endroit d'Écosse, autant ce logement est le meilleur que nous ayons eu de tout notre road trip. Vraiment top. Chambre immense avec terrasse et vue sur canal.

"Beautiful place in a stunning location!"

Amazing location, lovely balcony, small fridge in the room. The beds were really comfy. The house keeping lady was really helpful super nice and you can see by how clean the place was she must work really hard!

Location, and restaurant below.

We had 2 rooms and BOTH of the rooms had dirty sheets & dirty duvet covers when we checked in. (Animal hair and visible fire) Also both sinks had toothpaste spit in them. Manager tried to help by giving us all new bedding which we had to change ourselves. However the bedding was all the wrong sizes. So we used twin sheets in queen beds. Frustrating to have to make a bed when I have paid for a clean room.

"Comfortable room in a very convenient location for the Great Glen Way"

The location was amazing as it was on the trail. The room was clean and tidy and it had everything we needed. The shower was a wonderful temperature.

The towel rail could not be put on without turning on the heater in the bedroom and the weather was too hot to do that. The TV did not work.
