It's a cozy little hotel with very friendly staff. Quite a difference from the sleeping factories I typically stay at on business trips! I really enjoyed my stay:-)

I have no reason to complain. However it may be worth checking with staff in case of late arrival.

Location is great, employees very helpful and smilling, clean ++, great breakfast. Really a great stay

De airco remote was broken so we could not turn de airco off..minor problem as it was 38 degrees outside but a pity

Everything. It felt like a family run hotel. The service was impeccable- great breakfast and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We stayed there during the Euros, and they had left lots of treats in our room to mark the occasion. It was convenient to the centre of Gelsenkirchen by foot, bus, tram. We would highly recommend it.
