Haus Anna an der Stadtmauer

Miejsce zadbane, czyste, w dobrej lokalizacji. Łóżka wygodne. Bardzo miła obsługa gości, choć pomimo prośby o pojedyncze łóżka zaoferowano nam podwójne.

Absolut abwechelungsreiches Frühstück. Wenige Schritte nur zur historischen Altstadt mit vielen Restaurants. Kein Parkplatzproblem

The location was fabulous- very close to the Autobahn and a perfect half way stop between our holiday in Austria and Rotterdam. The room was beautifully clean with a very welcome kettle plus tea bags & coffee. Staff were incredibly welcoming. We really enjoyed having a cup of tea outside in the garden after our long drive. The town is a 5 minute walk from Haus Anna and it has a number of traditional restaurants serving local food. Where we ate served schnitzel cordon bleu (delicious) & chocolate Kaiserschmarrm. Breakfast was just superb- beautiful & freshly made scrambled eggs, fresh fruit salad, yogurts, rolls, cheese, ham etc. I can see us stopping here again.

The details said the rooms have air conditioning- ours wasn't, but we did have a fan.

Sehr sauber. Sehr schöne Einrichtung. Parkplatz inklusive. Sehr freundliche Damen die auch flexibel und individuell regiert.

Es war sehr warm. Netterweise gab es einen Ventilator. Eine Klimaanlage wäre super gewesen.

super schöne kleine familiäre Unterkunft, die Häuser etwas verwinkelt, ein Kühlschrank im Flur an dem man sich bedienen konnte, super tolles Frühstück, super nette Mitarbeiter, mir wurde sogar der Koffer nach oben zum Zimmer getragen. Die Altstadt mit mehreren Restaurants ist fußläufig zu erreichen.

Parkplatz ist schon sehr eng und verwinkelt, aber es gab immer genug Parkplätze.

I have stayed at this property in Hanau several times and have always be pleased with the accommodations. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the breakfast was great. I had a gap in my most recent trip (stayed in Fulda one night) and the hotel was kind enough to hold a piece of luggage for me so that I didn't need to drag it there. This is a great place to stay.

The reception is not always staffed, which is no problem, as they are reachable by phone. I arrived late (~6:30 PM), and there was a notice on the door for me to call a German telephone number to get the code to retrieve the room key. However, in my case, while I had data service on my phone, I didn't have telephone service and could not call a German telephone number. Fortunately, a German friend met me there and we used his phone. In this case, with foreign visitors, maybe an arrangement could be made to receive the code via e-mail or WhatsApp.
