Alles. Sehr schön eingerichteter Bungalowteil, wunderbarer Garten (mit Faultier). Gutes Frühstück. Sehr hilfsbereites, freundliches Personal. Super Matratzen.

The room was big, breakfast was good, staff were friendly and helpful. The gardens at the hotel were wonderful - lots of wild flowers and wildlife to enjoy.

Only thing missing was a safe box in the room.

Bel hôtel proche du centre de Santa Elena. Bon petit déjeuner buffet, ce qui est plutôt rare au Costa Rica.

J'ai payé un supplément pour avoir une baignoire de balnéothérapie (ce n'est pas un jacuzzi, contrairement à ce qui est mentionné, mais bien une baignoire avec des jets), et à notre arrivée, ça ne fonctionnait pas car le bouchon pour fermer la baignoire ne fonctionnait pas. La réception a trouvé un bouchon de rechange mais il a fallu plus d'une heure pour remplir la baignoire car le nouveau bouchon fuitait quand même. Résultat : nous n'en avons pas profité ! Et pas de remboursement de la part de l'hôtel !

Super goed gelegen! Gezllige kamer voor ons 4. Rustige mooie tuin. Handige, veilige parking. Ontbijt was eenvoudig maar lekker. Pluspunt is de Soda La Amistad vlak tegenover het hotel.

Geen zwembad, maar onze kamer had wel een heerlijk terrasje. Ontbijt is enkel binnen, maar het zaaltje is wel gezellig.

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal, große Zimmer, schöner Garten, gutes Frühstück, sehr gute Lage. Teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen, passt aber zum Stil. Wir haben uns zwei Nächte sehr wohlgefühlt
