The property is on the beach along with the rest of the hotels in that area. So if you are there for the beach-very easy access. The service on the beach was prompt and friendly.

We picked this hotel and not other cheaper ones thinking it would be a 4 star hotel property with better rooms, property, and service to have a truly relaxing week there. But no. Don’t bother and get a room in any other hotel on the beach street for half the price because there is nothing in this one worth a higher price tag. Its not a true 4 star hotel so don’t overpay. Rooms are basic (dont even have headboards for example), bathroom did smell like sewage just like other reviews said (combatted it with auto air freshener spray…), we booked sea view king suite (the view was mostly of tree tops, pretty but not true sea view suite as advertised), the hotel feel cramped-0 soundproofing (we were woken up by employee chatting, construction noises, kids crying, couples chatting on their balconies, motorized carts on the road etcetcetc). In the end of the stay they did try to add someone else’s bill to our total. Thankfully we checked (as other reviews say they just give you all your receipts at checkout so make sure to check). Most of front desk staff was not helpful overall-looked mostly bored and bothered by guest questions. Paying extra here won’t buy you anything other hotels for half price next door cannot offer. All properties look pretty equally well maintained from the beach view and all have beach clubs. Oh yes and currently a part of the hotel is doing some reno so its construction noises during the day. The other side of the hotel is overlooking a dumpster basically (empty lot with lots of garbage in it). King suites that are with “sea view” have that view.

Os quartos são muito giros e confortáveis. A praia maravilhosa

O pequeno almoço é saboroso mas muito fraco para um alojamento com este valor. O ginásio só abre às 9h o que é muito tarde para quem quer começar o dia a treinar. O serviço é muito simpático mas muito lento.

Schöne Anlage, Zimmer, Lage bei schönem Strandabschnitt, Personal mehrheitlich sehr effizient und freundlich, bequeme Betten - wegen dem negativen Punkt (fehlender Meerblick), stimmte die Preis-/Leistung schliesslich nicht.

Wir hatten bewusst Meerblick gebucht. Das Meer war aber kaum sichtbar. Trotzdem zweimaligem Nachfragen bei Reception wurde uns jedes Mal nur zig mal vorgelesen, dass wir Meer- und Poolblick gebucht hätten (was ja unsere Nachfrage nach dem Meerblick bestätigte ...). Auch in der Bestätigung von Booking stand klip und klar Meerblick. Es gab kein Entgegenkommen oder irgendwelches Goodie geschweige Entschuldigung, was unseren sonst sehr positiven Eindruck leider negativ beeinflusste. Das sonstige Personal beim Check-in und vor allem in der Küche, Service und Unterhalt war jedoch sehr freundlich mit gutem Englisch und auch überdurchschnittlich effizient.

Un peu loin du centre
