Obsługa, całkiem dobry basen

Hałas i smród spalin - pod oknami parking dla autokarów, warkot silników i muzyka o 7 rano. Do tego problem z kanalizacją - śmierdziało w łazience (jak tzw. suchy syfon). Niedobre śniadania i paskudna kawa, ale to standard w tajskich hotelach. Umywalka z niskim ciśnieniem wody i za krótkim kranem - mycie zębów było sporym wyzwaniem.

服務人員態度良優。

除了浴室牆壁有些發霉、床上還看到幾隻螞蟻之外，我們在入住當天下午約 14:00 抵達飯店時其實已經相當疲憊，本來以為終於可以辦理入住好好休息。沒想到櫃檯告知房間還在打掃，需要再等 20–30 分鐘，並表示房間整理好之後會幫我們把行李送到房間。於是我們先到附近買食物，等外帶回來後卻發現行李依然放在大廳。詢問之後才被告知房間已經可以入住，但行李也沒有幫我們送上去，最後還是需要自己處理。此外，一開始櫃檯並沒有主動提出任何補償，是我詢問之後才表示「可以讓我們延後半小時退房」。坦白說，這樣的補償方式讓人感到相當錯愕。後來再給房卡時又提供了一張 Rooftop 喝酒或用餐最多 15% off 的折價券，但對我們來說其實完全用不到，因此整體感受仍然相當不好。整體而言，無論是房間清潔狀況、入住流程，還是服務態度與補償方式，都讓人感到失望，住宿體驗並不理想。
