BEAR’S DEN HOTEL PATTAYA

Pet friendly and 200b per dog thats cheap compared to other hotels. Triple room is spacious for my 3 dogs.

1.Location too far and NO convenience store nearby ( i ordered 7delivery to hotel) by App. 2.The price for long weekend was too high. 3.U have to drive to places only Not walk.

- Pet friendly (small dogs are charged for only 200 baht/night) - beds are comfortable - water in the shower room is good - parking lots are enough for visitors - service minded staff

- the hallway of 2nd floor is smelly, however, the smell didnt disturb our stay in the room - the room isnt clean as expected. There're ants and dirts on the floor

Superb value for money! We booked 1 night that too on Christmas, but for just THB 1,690 we got room that was big, clean and well maintained! There were 3 of us, so the fact that we got 3 single beds was a big plus. The hotel overall gave good vibes, and it felt really nice to not spend much and get such a good room. Location wise seems a bit far from the main city, but the Tiger Park and Underwater World are in walkable distance which was pretty cool! Be advised that the cafe that's near the reception area is closed, so don't be fooled by the board outside that says "Bear's Den Cafe"!

Staff were polite, but I really wished at least some of the staff spoke proper English or any other language that's more commonly understood by foreign tourists! While they thankfully did allow check-in 2 hours earlier than their designated time, we faced great difficulties in calling and asking them if such early check in was possible or not. I also didn't like that they charged us extra 100 THB for checking out just an hour late. In every hotel I've been to thus far, in any country, usually hotels won't mind if we check-out just a little later, but these guys did not accept anything and we had to pay 100 THB per hour!
