Felt like we got scammed by the front desk when it came to buying ski-passes. We asked for a one-day pass and were told that there was a 2-day minimum. Then when we got to the slopes we found out that single-day tickets are readily available. Went to customer support at the slopes and they weren't able to help us but told us the hotel has the same capability to issue 1-day passes and that the hotel should refund us for the additional day that we don't need. Went back to the hotel and they said with their operation they can only do 2-day passes. I was quite frustrated that they didn't inform us that we can get 1-day passes anywhere else and gave us the impression we had no choice but to buy 2-day passes. They did not make any attempt to correct the wrong and we ended up eating the sunk cost.

Świetne miejsce na krótki urlop w górach. Pensjonat jest położny trochę na uboczu, ale jednocześnie bardzo centralnie. Wygodny i przestronny pokój. Świetne i zróżnicowane opcje śniadaniowe - także z możliwością zamówienia ciepłych dań.
