We ended up getting to the hotel late and were up early for a tour but the room was lovely and the bed was huge and extremely comfortable! We were able to park our car in the hotel court yard as well which was very helpful.

Lovely place with view (from roof terras) on the Pyramid of the Sun. Amazing to watch the hot air balloons in the morning. It’s only about 20 minutes walk to the site of Teotihuacán and its precious pyramids. The owners are super friendly, have a lot of knowledge about the area and the history of this area. They’ve helped me in arranging things that would otherwise have been a great challenge for me to accomplish. I’m super grateful for their commitment and readiness to assist and be of service. I highly recommended this place. The room and bed was comfortable. Lovely breakfast and good WiFi. Besides, I loved the calm atmosphere, beautiful flowers in the garden and the amazing paintings of Emily (one of the owners).

You pay extra for breakfast but it is totally worth it. Just delicious. Many options. Home cooked, fresh juice.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was very comfortable. Plenty of space, well maintained, with a piping hot shower. There's free coffee, hot water, and tea, in their breakfast area, and a terrace with a great view. A short walk from the hotel is the town square; lots of little shops and places to eat. The rooms are arranged around a courtyard in zig-zag fashion, so there's lots of windows, but also lots of privacy. A really nice layout of the rooms, IMO. My wife and I were vacationing around Mexico with our two (adult) kids; of all the places we stayed, this was our favorite. Our visit lined up with a local festival; lots of decorations, fireworks, music and kids dancing in the town square. We'd go back in a heartbeat.

Apple Maps seems to have the wrong location -- or possibly two buildings with the same address. We stopped at the first location, scratched our heads, then got it sorted out with the hotel over What'sApp. The hotel is just down the street from where Apple directed us (and there's a sign out front).

Very big villa actually. Rooms were very stylish and clean. They also provide massage service though I didn't get to try. They also have secured parking spaces.

Friendly staff, great price and good location. And very clean. The owners arranged for a tour guide for us, plus let us know about some ruins that were not as well known as the main site, and loaned us their bikes so we could ride around town and on the bike path around the archeological site. So much fun!! And the breakfasts were so filling!

Excellent location within walking distance to the pyramids, and staff is very welcoming. The facilities are nicely updated and there are great common rooms/terraces for guest access. Also very nice to have a secure parking option.
