MYMYCustomer service is very bad, slow response and takes hours to reply my enquiries. No one answering my calls either. The bath tub water wasn’t hot enough to even have a nice warm soak, I had to boil water, doing it multiples times just to get my warm soak.

BNEverything about this hotel is Chef kiss, very beautiful room, friendly staff, got refill for water outside the room. Room is very big, in fact they are very nice that they showed the other rooms to us (JIC we want to experience other rooms).
Nothing much except for the parking space :). Oh, the water pressure is not as low as what people reviewed, its only low pressure on the bath tub which probably because of the supply of water to the bath tub.
TW距離機場很近，且隔音不錯，房間完全符合網美風格，適合情侶也是適合一群朋友一起，入住當天提早去寄放行李，工作人員很親切，如果再訪沙巴會想要再次入住!
