The room is very beautiful and the toilet is very clean.

No lift and the stairs need additional lighting due to the dark conditions at night.

Good location. Near to Gaya Street food market and a 15-20 minute Grab to Tanjung Aru Beach. There was a kettle, fridge and safety deposit box.

Staff were not the most helpful. We noticed a big red/brown stain on the bedsheets so I went down to ask for a new sheet. The response was, "well you'll have to change it yourself". Not the best experience. Also, this wasn't a bother for us but might be important for some - the rooms are on high floors and there is no lift.

Exceptional stay. My wife and I did an extremely early check-in due to an early flight. The gentleman who checked us in was very professional and kind. He did not charge us extra fees for an early check in. Clean, quiet, comfortable and very affordable.. Great stay and close to Center Point Mall Sabah. One of my wife's favorites. Hotel Kooler Inn is now my hotel of choice when vacationing in KK. Highly recommend 👍🏾👍🏾

Everything 😍. Except i got the room with broken door so i have to push really hard to open the door. Everything else is perfect. The staff also nice and kind. Would go again. Room amazing love the room and I already miss KK 😭

I like the design of the room, it is very unique, classic and beautiful. The place is not far from the Gaya Street Night Market. The place is really good. This is the second time to check in here. Thank you to the Staff hotel there. the rate for this hotel for me ah 8/10 🤍

Need to fix the wallpaper some come off. Before that I apologise, please check the room and bathroom there are Cockroaches. that's all. so far all goods!
