Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Management und die Rezeptionisten hingegen sehr unfreundlich und man fühlte sich dadurch nicht willkommen. Das Essen war lecker. Unglücklich finde ich, dass es nur ein Set-Menu gibt, das serviert wird. Dadurch wartet man ewigs. Auf Unverträglichkeiten wird nicht eingegangen.

La struttura si presenta architettonicamente come un complesso in pietra con paraste che ricordano il complesso di Saqqara o geometrie antiche del deserto. L'idea di un luogo che si riconnette alla propria terra, salvaguardando la natura e l'intero patrimonio culturale, è ben riuscita e viene trasmessa attraverso diversi elementi: la creazione di giardini con piante autoctone, il centro di immersioni Emperor Divers presente nella struttura con accesso diretto alla barriera corallina, il museo dedicato ai costumi dell'antico popolo dei beduini del territorio, e la biblioteca con una collezione trasversale. Per chi fa immersioni, la competenza di Ahmed o Mostafa del centro sub locale è di spessore. Le presentazioni serali a tema subacquea rendono il soggiorno un'immersione totale. A completare il quadro, il silenzio e la quiete, e un personale preparato, gentile, accogliente e attento come per esempio Abdelmaseeh. La qualità gastronomica, orientata a promuovere la cucina locale, è altrettanto eccellente.

The vision of the property is admirable: quiet and peace in harmony with nature. The hotel structure is wonderful, with coral stone blending in with the surroundings. Walking on an almost empty paradise beach felt like luxury. The view from our room was incredible. Food was fresh and healthy. A highlight of our stay was the library and the visit of the botanical garden with Dr Irina: a warm recommendation!

Bed linens were of cheap quality and same for the bathroom towels, which were also stained. I would have expected something more for a structure focusing on quality and sustainability. Room cleanliness could have been improved.

Intimate local hotel with Lovely staff ( special shout out to our breakfast chef Saeed), amazing location on the edge of the archaeological area, lovely pool , lovely relaxed areas to sit and chill.

It didn't bother us but it might be worth mentioning they don't serve alcohol. We stayed in the apartment under the restaurant which could be very noisy in the early morning .

Las instalaciones y el trato del personal. Hacer snorkel es totalmente recomendado y el arrecife es una pasada.

La comida estaba buena, pero era menú cerrado, no tenías opción a escoger platos; y las bebidas que no son agua se cobran aparte.
