L'hôtel est parfaitement situé, au coeur du village et face au lac. Le parking est un vrai plus, essentiel, et facile à trouver si vous suivez les indications transmises par l'hôtel. Vous n'avez pas beaucoup à marcher pour ensuite rejoindre l'hôtel. La chambre était petite mais haute de plafond. La salle de bains était grande et très jolie. La literie est excellente. Nous regrettons simplement d'avoir trouvé quelques cheveux, mais cela peut arriver. L'hôtel propose un service de restauration, qui ouvre à partir de 19H pour le dîner; lorsqu'à 18H45, nous avons souhaité nous y rendre pour savoir s'il était possible de prendre un verre dans 15 minutes (ce qui était possible, la réception nous l'ayant confirmé après coup), nous avons très sèchement été éconduits par la personne en charge. Heureusement, l'extrême sympathie et la gentillesse de Sara à l'accueil ont largement réhaussé notre niveau de satisfaction du personnel de l'hôtel. Encore merci à elle (:

The location is amazing and also historic. Be sure to read about the family and their history in the area, as well as running the hotel for over 200 years. The staff was 5-star. The views around the piazza and town are gorgeous.

The only drawback is the limited time you can get close by car to unload/load your luggage. We have a handicap parking placard, so it was not a big issue for us. We could come and go most any time and found parking just outside the TLZ with our handicap placard. This made it workable for us, and the staff was helpful too.

The character, position, accommodation, facilities and above all the friendly and helpful staff

Minor point, but lack of instructions of how to contact staff and get help if needed during the night. A leaflet would have sufficed
