Hotel Restaurant Jungfrau

The property was located right on the high street and easy to locate. It was opposite the Hotel Staubbach and very close to eating areas . The view from our window was breathtaking and a major plus point to our stay there. Beds and linen was clean and well made. Washroom was clean and well maintained and warm water was always available. In room electric kettle with tea/coffee helped to keep warm :) Check-in and check out was easy and smooth, very conveniently allowed to keep luggage at counter and roam around the town before check in and after check out. Restaurant below served quality warm food and desserts.

They didn't allow early check-in, but that's fine as we were able to keep our bags safely at the counter anyways and use the washrooms .

Nos dieron la habitación 11, a la cual se entraba por el baño para llegar a la habitacion. No había televisión, y del baño salia mucho mal olor. Había disponible una jarra hervidora, que no pudimos utilizar ya que no coincidia con los enchufes. En cuanto al Check in, hay que ir persiguiendo a la camarera del restaurant para que te de la llave de la habitacion. No hay personal disponible para informacion en la recepcion.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and very cozy. The whole place had a relaxing atmosphere, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The restaurant was definitely a highlight of the stay. The food was delicious, fresh, and nicely served. We had a really great dinner there, and the service was excellent as well. You can tell that the hotel cares about its guests and pays attention to details. I would definitely come back and happily recommend this place to others.

Posizione eccellente, proprio a pochi passi dalla famosa cascata. Ambiente comune spazioso. Check-in smart gestito da una persona gentile. Bagno rinnovato e pulito. Stoviglie nuove nella zona cucina.

Appartamento ricavato unendo stanze di due edifici diversi, con 3 gradini tra una stanza e l'altra, pericolosi al buio. Per andare in bagno era necessario entrare in una delle stanze da letto, poco rispettoso della privacy degli occupanti. Alcune finestre con le tapparelle, solo la metà delle quali funzionanti, le altre con tende oscuranti di misura più piccola della finestra. Manutenzione degli infissi non effettuata da anni. Cucina con elettrodomestici datati, forno e frigo francamente sporchi. Illuminazione approssimativa: nessuna luce centrale nella zona soggiorno, nessuna luce da comodino nella stanzetta.
