Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren hervorragend! Das Ambiente ist sehr schön! Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Die Anlage liegt sehr schön auf einem Hügel. Es gibt schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten und im Restaurant.

It’s not a place to stay just one night. I suggest to spend few days in the calm and relaxed atmosphere. The staff are absolutely fantastic!

A bit expensive for a one night stay. Very complicated and inconvenient to get there, but I can say that for many other places. I mean: it’s worth the trouble.

Man wohnt in einem wunderschönen alten renovierten Ensemble oben auf einem Hügel mit weitem Blick ins Umland. Unser Zimmer war urig gemütlich mit Steinwänden und Holzdecke und einem tollen Badezimmer mit großer Regendusche. Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr lecker. Besonders zu erwähnen ist das sehr nette Personal. Besonders Mara hat sich um alles gekümmert, was unseren Urlaub perfekt und reibungslos machte, DANKE!

Das einzige, was uns da einfällt, ist der Anfahrtsweg, der auf dem letzten Kilometer wirklich sehr schlecht ist, weil er überwiegend aus riesigen Schlaglöchern und Geröll besteht. Entschädigt wird man dann, wenn man auf dem wunderschönen Gelände ankommt.

Borgo delle Pietre is a hidden gem. It is located in the countryside above Porto Empedocle. However, we had no problems in reaching it. Ancient inn for travelers where they could make a stop during their journey. Nowdays it continues the tradition but in a much more fancy way. The owners, Marta and Domenico, gave a second life to the place, rebuilt it from ruins and made this place full of beauty. They welcome the guests by themselves and are very nice people to communicate with. All the team is smiling and so hospitable. The Borgo is a very beautiful and peaceful place. Swimming pool for sunny days and olive grove for some reading. The rooms are made in a rustic style, very elegant, clean and comfortable. Our room had a stunning view of the fields. Inside the room we had a teapot, mini bar and fridge. Wi fi is fast. The bed is super comfy, as well as pillows. And the bed linen is so soft. We slept like angels. Breakfast is great. We were so happy to get eggs, cheeses, avocado and homemade banana bread. After spending sometime in Sicily, we missed a hearty breakfast. Pls also do not miss the opportunity to have a dinner there. Honestly speaking, it was our best meal during our Sicilian trip. Very refined and yet simple. We will definitely come back. Not only because the place is so beautiful and peaceful, but because the hosts treat it with lots of love and care to their guests.
