"Please improve on cleanliness!"

Location-wise is good. Alot of shops and convenience store nearby.

The room at first it is ok. Everything was good. Until i went to the toilet, one time a small cockroach came out of nowhere on the floor. Second time, a small insect came out from the sink. Next day while eating on the table, another small cockroach came out from under the bed! And the last one, while watching tv, a medium size cockroach was crawling on the wall. Please please please improve on your cleanliness. Pls check under the bed and all corners of the room before the next person come in.

Location only

The room service is bad. Never clean the room properly with the mugs all stain & didn’t wash properly! I wonder if they change the bedsheet after every check out. The bidet is faulty & never change also. This hotel from GOOD to BAD!! Didnt realise that we need to check the mini bar & when check out… had to pay for it!!
