It was very nice hotel

Fernanda the lady in charge was excellent. Room was great for the price.

Such a clean and quiet place. We enjoyed every aspect. The suite was a great price and size.

It looked like it wasn’t mopped. There were stains on the floors inside. There were no big trash cans inside. Just very small ones.

Only a few blocks from the beach and Calle 13. Perfect for our big group of 12 (3 rooms). Fernanda was amazing, she was super friendly, attentive, and overall, what made our stay amazing. Will definitely return.

Parking was a little tight but still manageable

Couldn’t find anyone at check in or checkout, no toiletries either, no hair dryer, no hand soap

The building is ok and the location also ok. My only positive comment is of the housekeeper Fernanda who has outstanding service aptitude. The internet is ok too.

Everything else than the housekeeper and the internet. My room’s TV didn’t work - what’s the sense of having g huge flatscreen TVs in the rooms if they don’t work? This happened after I was changed from another very dark room. The fan worked sometimes and others it didn’t. The rooms were dusty, understandable because of the sand but then don’t charge 100usd per night. The hotel is more like a motel with very basic services. It should charge the appropriate fees. The pool is super exposed to the sun which is very strong most of the day.
