"Nice little place with everything close by"

I loved that there is a creek out your back door even when it’s snowing and 13 degrees

I wasn’t wild about packing everything up stairs to 2nd floor when I’m sure bottom floor was available but if it had been warm weather that wouldn’t have been a problem.
