Rooms were not clean. We were served tea in broken dirty cup and they don't bother even clen immediately when it was leaked. Rooms and beds were not comfortable The hotel is inside and difficult to get it easily You should be expert as driver to park car here Food quality is below average and canteen ambiance is not pleasent.

Food was tasty, and place was peaceful. Breakfast would have been complimentary.

I visited this resort on the 7th May 2024 and found that 1 the entry gate for car parking is so narrow and positioned it is so awkward that it's a task to turn and park and move to go. 2 Swimming pool isbso dirty that water hasn't been cleaned from so many days pictures for your reference. 3 Food is so pathetic that chapattis that were ordered were not fresh even my 2 pet's didn't eat. 4 Food for the pets were overcharged and cold food was served to the pets when informed they made hot and sent. Charges for simple food were overcharged just for 2 pieces of chicken and 2 plates of staff rice. 5 It's was special day for us as it was our wedding anniversary and we need to make it special. I Informed manager to provide table cloth to cover the table but they didn't bother. Glasses served were not cleaned and stains were there on the glass. I really was upset with way the management been running this resort. Even after paying one doesn't get the service what is required. 6 This resort is pet friendly but I found the staff hit a puppy so badly that the part below the eye was swollen.

Place is very good but parking gate is very congested need to be broad the parking

Staff was quiet courteous, room were clean, near to valley so can enjoy sounds of many birds .

Food was pathetic, they don't have good kitchen service and was spoiler for the trip , as for food I went outside .Also they are not giving tea or green tea bags in room as complimentary to prepare and drink ourselves,Also Parking is slight challenging and may be problem for beginners.

Room sizes are very small. Rooms are tacky with smell.

Nice service. Restorant is also good. Staff is helpful.
