Beds were ok room service ok.

It was too noisy. There was loudspeaker right next to the hotel till 1 pm at night. We took our old parents and we were shocked to see under construction site, no lift and rooms were on 1st floor, the entrance was too bad difficult to take car till their car parking. When we asked politely about lift and parking we were told you should have asked booking office and checked. Food we did not get wahat we requested. Horrible experience. No place to walk was like cage.

Roads conditions need to improve

Location of hotel is good, it is middle in panchgani and mahableshwar. Hotel staff is very supportive

There is no cellular network,, hotel provided wifi but in room where I was stay not working properly, it is one of the good hotel group so they should accept card payment. They only accept cash or gpay, paytm

There was nothing to like about it

Rooms, clineliness, facilities, staff, location was not worth of anything

Good staff. Good hospitality.
