Advait Resort Kshetra Mahabaleshwar

Although little far from New Mahabaleshwar, property was good and in a location u can never miss sunrise if you are early riser.

Beautiful rooms and property. Rooms and washroom were clean. Good view of Mountains from 1st floor. Restaurant is decent. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

TV size was really small compared to beautiful rooms. Should add non-veg options for breakfast and dinner. The road to reach resort (from city center) is pretty isolated, no lights on roads and quite scary if it is foggy, raining and you are traveling at night.

My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The hospitality was lacking, with the staff, especially the receptionist, being rude and unhelpful. In-room dining took an unacceptable 2 hours, and breakfast hours were too short. The extra bed for the third adult was a small, crooked sofa bed, which was uncomfortable for a 6'4" guest. Checkout at 10 am was inconvenient, and the roads to the property were in poor condition. The Wi-Fi was terrible, and I had to repeatedly request toiletries and water for the third person. Additionally, calls to request services often went to the wrong room. Overall, the staff needs better training, and I cannot recommend this hotel.
