"Not a beach resort, and under-construction unmaintained property."

Closeness to Mahabalipuram. Nothing else.

1. Facility was under remodelling and not maintained. 2. Swimming pool dirty. You have to go into a marriage hall to reach Pool 3. Family suite had a huge pillar in the middle blocking TV vision. 4. AC throw was not good. 5. For the cost (5750 for Family suite), the ambience was very very poor. 6. Hotel was nevertheless fully booked, and they didnt care. 7. Restaurant is under construction. You have to ask to get water in paper cups, no glasses. 8. Food quality was ok 9. VERY IMPORTANT - this is not beach side resort, literally no access to beach - you have to jump via a ladder into someone else property and walk a solid 800 m to beach.

Wonderful place. We got a family suite at a very reasonable price which was so spacious, with a great ambience, super clean and tidy and more than enough for a family of 4. The staff were very friendly and supportive. Food was so delicious and reasonably priced. Loved so much!
