Hotel Tyrolia

We have been there before and didn’t have any problem. This time The heating was not working. We address the matter to the reception. They said they would solve it but Nothing happened so we stayed just the 2 out of the 7 nights we booked!

We had problems with the heating. The hotel's heating is generally poor, it doesn't work all day and turns off early in the evening. extra bed in triple room is very uncomfortable

+ location if you plan to visit Marmolada, delicious food, good value for money

Hotel would benefit from some refreshing, room was rather small for 4 people.

The food wasn’t ok

Room123. Good breakfast and dinner okay, lift, good free parking, close to Marmolada gondola (100m), free shuttle to chair lift by the hotel owner, few shops, ski service and ski rental 200m at the other hotel, ski service warm room, ski boots drying racks, good size room with balcony, good mattresses (but two single mattresses on double bed are going apart:-/), daily cleaning.

Oh, no hot water. Warm water (around 45C) from 6pm more less, luke warm water in the morning. Radiators are hot at around 7am for one hour and sometimes in the evening but room stays quite warm. Temperature outside was -3C in the evening and +9C in the day. Pool (we haven’t used) is closed on Saturdays for service. Step, narrow outside stairs from the terrace to the ski room (basement). Unfinished balcony floor. Gurgling in the toilet when someone is flushing the toilet in the room above. Room 123.
