Hotel management. They charge for the location. Stay is not value for the money paid.

The location was blocked 1 km away from the destination by the cops. The staff did not inform us prior and we were stranded for thirty min. The reception area staff did not talk to us well nor answers your question. The bathroom is shabby and overall cleaniless was bad. Phone call from the room to reception goes unanswered. Asked for snacks which never arrived. Lot of issues with reception staff and forget about customer service. This is just a few incidence that happened. Disappointed with the property.

The hotel is near to the North Gopurum of the temple, Arulmigu Arunachaleswarar Temple (Annamalaiyar Temple - Thiruvannamalai).

A little more price and timing of check-in and check-out (12 PM).

Proximity to the temple

It was definitely not value for money. The bathroom fitting were all broken and really needs replacement. For the amount that we paid for 1 night, I don't think it justifies the cost.

Lovely place, right next door to temple entrance. Courteous staffs and the location is great with car parking facilities. They also have a restaurant which provides decent food. When you stay here, make sure you visit the rooftop for some great pictures with the temple gopuram(s). ;-)

minor elements like worn out plug points or shower handlers that came off. Best to keep handwash liquid soap instead of soap bars at the rooms & at the restaurant below could help.
