The people were extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast was minimal but all you really need

The sauna / pool facilities are only open from 3-7pm. There was no shower curtain so the bathroom ends up soaked

The room was beautiful, with a spacious balcony offering a lovely view of the pool and mountains. The pool itself was great, though it would have been nice if it opened earlier than 3:00 PM. The dinner was delicious, and the waitstaff were friendly and made an effort to speak English.

The gentleman at the reception was in a bad mood throughout our stay, and it felt like we were more of a nuisance than guests. During breakfast, we often encountered an elderly lady (apparently a relative of the hotel owner), whose behavior was rather "unrefined." For instance, she would eat yogurt directly from the serving area, with some of it dripping back into the bowl as she ate.

The room was nice, warm and cosy.

The spa needs to be renovated. Old and not as nice as we hoped. But especially the outside swimming pool and hot tube water wasn't warm enough. No flip-flops for the spa were provided. Breakfast was okay, but not great.

True to picture Spacious room and Balcony

- there wasnt advance notice about the opening hours of the wellness facilities (3.30pm to 7pm). We arrived about 6pm and only came upon the non-English notice in the room after check-in - we initially planned to utilise the outdoor pool and facilities the very morning before check out. We had to change into our outfit and barely enjoy the facilities within 30mins - it was a pity as we decided to pay the extra premium all for it. The view in honesty was alright, just green pastures and slight glimpse of the mountains on the right. - Not a very english friendly site, staff could barely speak english as well - Limited dinner option, goes by a set meal (affordable) however lack of selection. Drove out 2mins to a pub for pizza instead - Breakfast was pathetic, was meant to be from 7-10am, we arrived at 9am and there were barely few slices of hams/salami, breads and apples left. Ive seen reviews about how slow the staffs are when it comes to replenishing however they clearly didnt had minimal intention to. They continued clearing tables instead despite seeing us + other guests arrived for breakfast. We did witness them replenishing the ham and toast subsequently however there were no longer eggs served (earlier guests had them/shells left) - Only chose to stay here because of the distance to Lago De Braie and enroute back to Innsbruck, nothing fanciful around the area
