Servicio, vista perfecta, y muy limpio.

Superbe vue et belle chambre. Très bruyant la nuit. Bruits dans la cuisine et les chambres sont directement à côté de la cuisine. Aboiements de chien et klaxons à partir de 4am. Bon Petit déjeuner. Il manque des ingrédients dans le repas décrits ( légumes et fruits). Le personnel est gentil, aidant et attentionné.

One of my favorite stays while I visited Nicaragua. It is not only because of the amazing views or the beautiful rooms, but the staff. They are warm and friendly, building connections and community. All staff members were great, but Keiling, Alejandro, and Omar went out of their way for me.

Stayed for a week and had the most incredible time. This hotel has the most insaine view of the lagoon and lagoon access is only 5 minute drive away. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Food was amazing! 10/10 we will be back.

This place is just wondeful! We really liked the calm surrounding. The view is just spectacular. The room and the property were very clean. Just one thing I would have appreciated is more choices in vegan food.

WE GOT ROBBED AT THIS PROPERTY BY THEIR STAFF. We had three rooms, the staff was helpful with unloading the bags and placing them in each of the room. Every room was missing money, credit cards and items. Love the location, the view and the property but I DO NOT recommend you stay there unless you’re attached to your belongings. Property loss power during our stay for about 3 hrs. they didn’t even have candles to provide temporary fix. The best thing about the property is the view. But , the experience was tainted with the missing cash and cards.

Everything was just great!! We had an amazing stay and we hope we can definitely return.

When we arrived at noon they kindly let us check in early and we were sure it was going to be amazing based on the view. But , the food was pretty bad, the cleanliness questionable, and we suspect mild food poisoning from the burgers. It was also impossible to eat without a swarm of flies.. they need to do a better job working on thorough cleaning in the common spaces, and potentially retrain the kitchen staff, especially considering your paying US prices for the food.
