Η τοποθεσία και η εξυπηρέτηση του προσωπικού όταν απαιτήθηκε.

Το πρωινό χρήζει βελτίωσης σε ποικιλία και ποσότητα, η ανανέωση του πρωινού δεν υλοποιείται. Πελάτες γειτονικής χώρας βόρεια της Βουλγαρίας πήραν "πακέτο" το πρωινό για να το κάνουν μεσημεριανό, όσοι πήγαμε να φάμε έπειτα από αυτούς δεν βρήκαμε και πολλές επιλογές από τις ήδη ελάχιστες που υπάρχουν. Η μηχανή του καφέ έχει περιορισμένες επιλογές για παρασκευή και καμιά με γάλα! Το πάρκινγκ θα έπρεπε να μην είχε έξτρα χρέωση. Η ηχομόνωση κακή, μας ξύπνησαν πελάτες του ξενοδοχείου φωνασκώντας αρκετά πρωί μαζί με τα παιδιά τους. Τα μαξιλάρια είναι πολύ σκληρά. Για όσους ψάχνουν τα απολύτως βασικά προτείνεται αλλιώς όχι.

Emplacement idéale, parking pour 8 euros la journée. Hôtel avec vue sur les remparts. Chambre spacieuse et propre, grande salle de bain. Petit déjeuner varié.
