Had keys to door and had to hand key every time we left.

Clean. Very good breakfast, it include the classical Italian food but also scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, toast... The staff had been really kind and careful with us. The hotel has a very good restaurant where you can have also seafood. The bed is comfortable.

We were happy to return to this hotel after our stay in October last year. Excellently situated to explore the wider region (Brescia, Mantova, Verona, Solferino, southern shores of the Garda Lake...). Good breakfast. Fine restaurant. Friendly staff. Large room. Good bed.

Bathroom is on the small-ish side. Entrance through a hallway in which smoking is permitted.

We were happy to arrive in Volta di Mantovana and find that our booked hotel doubled as a restaurant. We were impressed by the quality of the meal (+ breakfast the following morning). Spacious, clean room. Property neatly situated about halfway between Mantua and Lake Garda, close to the memorial sites of the Battle of Solferino.

Cramped bathroom. E-cigarettes were smoked in the restaurant. Perhaps a little more customer friendliness here and there.
