There was an event happening at the same time we stayed. The music was extremely loud it was like being in a night club in the room. We couldn’t sleep until at least 5:30 am. I woke up with a massive head ache. Never again.

Big room with a sofa, TV 4K, sweet gift, well communicated with the city. Served coffee during breakfast. Free parking next to the hotel. Baselcard

View on a street and a tram line, sometimes you can hear it. Not too modern bathroom. It may be difficult to find free parking space.

Staff was friendly

Was no bar open when we asked if we can order they said we have to wait till the opening which was 30 min In the morning breakfast could be more option

"Great hotel to stay for a stopover"

Well located hotel close to Basel. Room was good size and comfortable. Very nice breakfast which was well presented. Good to have the Basel Card to take the tram from close to the hotel into town. I would recommend stay again.

Parking can be an issue.

Really friendly lady who did reception, breakfast and basically everything else. Nice big room. Hotel is right next to the tram station, so great for travelling to Basel or Arlesheim.
