Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr leckeres essen

Die Zimmer zur Straßenseite sind mit offenem Fenster ( im Sommer wollte ich frische Luft) schon recht laut. Wenn Fenster zu, ist ok.

Conveniently located for the tram, it was literally right outside and only 10-15mins into the city and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The room I had wasn’t necessarily my idea of a ‘junior suite’ and it was pricey for one night - breakfast was also a little basic.

The staff were excellent—attentive, helpful, and professional. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transportation. The BaselCard made getting to the city centre straightforward, taking roughly 10 minutes.

Cleanliness could have been improved; there were hairs in the bidet upon arrival. The facilities felt somewhat dated and would benefit from refurbishment. A small selection of snacks was provided, which was a nice touch, although the apple was past its best.

The Location is perfect for a direct tram connection to the centre of Basel. The Restaurant serves very good meals. And the Staff are all very friendly & helpful.

Parking is tight and in the evenings the on-site spaces may be already occupied by restaurant patrons. (They do have spaces available at an off-site lot a short walk from the hotel.)
