Hotel Restaurant Winkler

The staff were accommodating and responsive to our needs. A special thanks is due to the person I believe was the owner, for their kindness in returning our lost cuddly toy, even though we arrived during the hotel's break time. As for the hotel itself, it offers great value for money. It's simple yet comfortable, with an outstanding breakfast selection, especially for those who love muesli. I definitely plan to return.

It's regrettable that not all the reception staff are fluent in English. Fortunately, I managed with my basic German skills.

Staff of the accomodation had been very ungrudging and respectable.

Comfortable rooms, amazing and delicious breakfest. Easy to park next to the hotel. There was a ski storage room. It is in the city center, but silent. All people are nice and helpful in the hotel.

Tolilet wasn’t cleaned and in the bathroom there was a strange smell during our 1 night visit.

For business trip hotel location is very continent, close to center of the town. Good restaurant at the ground floor.

Staff were helpful, and the hotel and room were clean. Breakfast was ok.

Bed was uncomfortable and the bedding felt rough and worn.

The 2 rooms bedroom was big and very comfotable. Staff very kind. Breakfast was very nice and we also had dinner in their restaurant. Super location eight in the centre and parking in front of the hotel.

Room was very basic, looked more like dormitory, quite depressing interior (just like the rest of the hotel, although it seems new) definitely not a 4star hotel. Beds were small, uncomfortable and squeaky, blanket short and thin. TV very small with local stations. Empty minibar. Food in restaurant pretty basic, the usual Austrian style I suppose, fried pork, fried fish. Staff at arrival (8PM) not very welcoming, not speaking English (seemed like a drop in for the regular staff). Menu in restaurant only in German (even though majority of guests is probably foreign tourist), seems like a common theme in Austria though. Difficulty parking. Breakfast extremally basic and the amount of vegetables plain ridiculous (but the morning staff was friendlier and spoke English).
