"New hotel, clean with spacious rooms."

Lovely spacious room, new hotel. Very clean.

The pool wasn’t heated so could hardly get in it even in June. The location was about 25 minutes walk to Little Venice so I might pick a location closer to the hustle bustle next time.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable and have a private pool with ample space to lounge outside. Close to the sea so most rooms have a good view. The hotel is run by a family, who are very welcoming and warm. It close to town but you need a car. We got a good rate on booking.com. Fabulous breakfast. Even though they don’t have an in-house cafe, they allowed us to order lunch in from a place they recommended. The food was great. Would definitely stay here again.

The welcoming friendly staff the place itself was Beautiful and view so stunning I loved the daily breakfast the granola and the pancakes are very delicious We were upgraded to a bigger villa with huge terrace
