CONVENIENT TO WHERE WE WERE INVITED FOR A BDAY LUNCH CELEBRATION, AT THE GRUENE RIVER GRILL 👍🏼

ONLY THING NOT SO BAD THAT WE HAD TO WALK TO POOL ON TO THE MOTEL 6 BUT EVERYTHING ELSE LIZA ATTENDED ME N SHE WAS AWESOME PATIENT WITH ME VERY FRIENDLY N SHE REALLY HELPED IN GETTIN ME ROOMS NEXT TO EACH OTHER I HAD MY OLDER KIDS WITH ME SO HAD TO GET 2 ROOMS THIS TIME.

HORRIBLE stay. There were multiple small coaches found in the bathroom. I left because as soon as they were found. The hotel manager did not have good customer service and would not give a refund because she stated she didn’t see any, even though I had photographs and showed it to her employees. I still want a refund because it is ridiculous, would not recommend!

The bed was very comfortable allowing for a good night's sleep. However, the room was poorly stocked, no cups, no soap, no shampoo. The room was a kitchenette, but there was not a coffee maker, nor cups. The door did not seal showing light from the outside, and allowing flies. There was damage to the wall around the door. The window sill had not been cleaned in sometime. The office for this property was at the property next door. The on-line pictures of the property and rooms seemed to indicate a newly constructed building. But the building was, in fact, NOT new, and had been there for some time. The office blamed theft as the reason, the room was not stocked with soap and shampoo before we checked in. ONLY when we asked for soap and shampoo, were they provided. The office did not offer any drinking cups either. I have stayed at Studio 6 before and found the properties to be clean, the rooms stocked. This property does not meet the basic standards advertised for a Motel 6 property, - that of a clean room. The room was not clean, there was debris under the bathroom sink, and the window sill above the window unit, had not been cleaned in in some time. It appeared to be moldy, but could have been water stain. When I brought my concerns to the attention of the office, they didn't not seem to care, and admitted they knew, the room was damaged, unclean, and not fully stocked - with soap and shampoo.

There wasn't any new coffee packets, but was old used coffee in coffee machine, had only small towels, and I had to go to the lobby after calling about tv not working. Waited 30 minutes. Not enough parking. Had to park on other side of property

I understand they are under construction, but the shower was not very clean, cleaning person either left their hair or it wasn't cleaned properly. The shower head was completely attached to wall. I saw a couple of roaches and their was no coffee pot in the room, like I was told their was. Despite where I stay I always carry disinfectant spray and cleaner

I cannot recommend this property for future guest. They have a major bug and cleanliness issue. Not to mention on my first day the electric stove wasn’t working and had to switch rooms. The room was so dirty that I had to go to the store to buy cleaning supplies to clean out the room.
