USI booked a room for 2 nights and they don’t have prepayment so by the time I tried to check in they already sold all of the available rooms to other people.

Always dealing with roaches. They've been in formed each time. Their phones don't work in all the rooms, and the TV is always an issue. I shouldn't have to pay full price anywhere that has bugs period !
