I requested a Smoke-Free-Room and it wasn't. The bathroom light globes were filthy dirty. The steps and part of the hall looked like they hadn't been swept in weeks. For breakfast they served two small donuts wrapped in Sarran Wrap and bagels with cream cheese. They didn't even provide a place to sit and eat, even though there was little to eat.

USUSNon smoking rooms -at least in MY experience there- will definitely smell like smoke at random times, up to and including 2am. I did mention it to staff multiple times. I dont think smokers care, and employees have trouble enforcing anything.
